Tools are helpful for performing more in depth investigations. If a tool is available, it will appear on the right hand side of each document row as shown below.
Original
The original button shows the original document and acts as a document viewer for both PDFs and images.
Text
The text button on the document rows allows you to access the textual information in a document. This is useful for images where the text is not available which can assist you in further analysis.
Differences
The differences tool allows you to find differences between the two documents. This is useful if you suspect an applicant is simply modifying the same document or if you suspect a similar document has been previously submitted.
