PDF Alignment issues arise when two or more lines in an address do not line up vertically. In these cases, the colours of the indicators indicate which lines are aligned with each other.

In the above example, the misalignment is visible to the human eye. In some cases, the difference will be a small fraction of a pixel, and invisible.
