When requesting and validating documents with Collect, Inscribe encourages you to keep your branding front and center. When first setting up Collect, we will need you to provide any branding materials you wish to use. This page will guide you through the branding options available, and provide recommendations for making the most out of Collect.
Before getting started
In order to be able to configure Collect, you will need to have Admin permissions for a Workspace where Collect has been enabled. You can view and manage permissions at your Team page. If you have Admin permissions and Collect has been enabled for your Workspace, you will be able to access configuration options for Collect from your Settings page, as shown below.
Shared brand materials
The following options are available for shared brand materials:
Display Name β your organization's name as you wish for it to appear in Collect communication.
Logo β the logo of your organization. Note that this must be in SVG format.
Logo URL β the URL you wish to associate with the logo. This is where the user will be redirected on interacting with the logo.
Collect email brand materials
The Collect email is the email sent by Inscribe on your behalf when you wish to collect documents.
In the addition to the shared materials above, the following customisation options are available for the Collect email:
The text content of the email. This includes the Subject, Heading, Body, and the text used for the call-to-action button
The styling of the email. This includes the color of the brand strip shown at the top of the email, the color of the call to action button, and the color of the call to action text. Colors can be specified in hexadecimal or by selection from a color wheel.
When editing the Collect email brand materials, your changes are reflected instantly on a template email as shown below.
Collect portal brand materials
The Collect portal is where your end-users upload their documents, and where they can see the results of any real-time validation feedback you specify.
In the addition to the shared materials above, the following customisation options are available for the Collect portal:
The text content of the portal. This includes the Heading and Body.
The styling of the portal. This includes the color of the brand strip shown at the top of the portal, the color of the upload button, and the color of the text on the upload button. Colors can be specified in hexadecimal or by selection from a color wheel.
When editing the Collect portal brand materials, your changes are reflected instantly on a template portal as shown below. This template portal corresponds to a Collect Session with two distinct document requests, one for up to ten bank statements, and one for up to five payslips
Advanced customisation options
By default, cancelling a session or completing a session will redirect the end-user to the front page of your company website. These settings can also be configured on setting up Collect if required. When using the Collect API, you can also specify redirect behaviour of session cancellation and session completion on a session-by-session basis.
