POC Guidelines

Brief overview of your Proof of Concept with Inscribe

Written by Daragh McMeel

We're excited to help you drive down operational costs and fraud risk with Inscribe. Here is a glimpse at what happens next:

Pilot Agreement

Your Account Executive will share a Pilot Agreement that should address legal and security requirements for the POC. We will need to complete this before processing any documents with sensitive data during the POC, so it would be great if you could pass this along to your legal team for review.

Inscribe Trust Portal

From this link, you can request access to any & all of Inscribe's security documentation (SOC2, ISO 27001, data retention policies, etc). Let your Account Executive know if your security, compliance, or vendor management team needs any additional information not found here.

Document Sample for POC

Next, you'll need to start collecting documents to ensure a productive test, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We recommend documents that fit this profile:

  • 100-500 English language documents

  • Mix of known legitimate documents and known fraud. *If possible, include some examples that were initially approved and later found to be fraud*

  • True or original PDFs are preferred (but can include images)

  • Preferably bank statements, paystubs, tax forms, and utility bills

  • Not stitched PDFs (i.e. putting multiple PDFs into a single PDF)

  • Zipped and downloaded to your computer.

    • See the short video below for how to format the documents.
