Bulk Document Actions let you select and manage multiple documents at once—saving time and reducing repetitive work.

Overview

You can now perform actions across multiple documents in a single step. Simply select the documents you want, then apply actions like tagging, downloading, or deleting all at once.

This is especially useful for organizing documents with tags, which previously had to be applied one at a time.

Why use Bulk Document Actions?

  3. Reduce manual effort: Avoid repetitive, one-by-one updates

How it works

  1. Hover over a document
    A checkbox will appear on the document card.

  2. Select a document
    Clicking the checkbox enables multi-select mode.

  3. Select additional documents
    Checkboxes will appear on all documents so you can select more.

  4. Choose a bulk action
    Use the bulk actions menu to apply an action to all selected documents.

Available actions

  • Tags
    Add tags to multiple documents at once to help organize and categorize them.

  • Download
    Download all selected documents in one step.

  • Delete
    Remove multiple documents at the same time.
