Copycat Text is a detector which aims to prevent "copycat" fraud. This type of fraud occurs when someone forges an document by changing the details on another person's document to their own.

Copycat Text compares your submitted document against our database of documents. If we find another document that matches the text of the submitted document and if that document has a different name/address to the submitted document, we flag a Copycat Text result. This lets you know that the document has been submitted before under a different identity.
