The Quality Score is a metric that describes the readability and sharpness of a document. It is scaled between 0 and 100, with poor quality documents receiving a low score and good quality documents receiving a high score.

Poor quality documents are problematic as they are more difficult to parse important details from (e.g. names, addresses). The bad quality can also be used as a mask to hide other indicators of fraud.

To combat this, a Check can be set to auto-reject any documents which have a quality score under a certain threshold.
